Senior Residential Support Worker
Senior Support Workers are also referred to as Shift leaders within the home.
You'll take the lead on day-to-day care planning, handovers and be the link between management and junior staff. The duties are a mix of supervision and hands on support work.
A minimum NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required to be considered for this vacancy.
